This lift was exactly what I've been looking for and it is such a brilliant way to fix the struggle of plasterboarding ceilings alone (at a great price too!)
Thanks to this , the pain is gone and the job is simplified.
The item is solid and of good construction , not so heavy and fairly sturdy if assembled properly.
One criticism is the instructions which are not the easiest to follow, pictorally or descriptively.
I ended up watching YouTube videos of people assembling similar items , and even then, it seemed this item had more pieces to fit.. and took a bit longer to piece together..
Once you're all set up (expect to do some further viewing online to get it right) then you're away.
There are a couple of safety concerns regards the pulley and steel wire mechanism one day failing .. where the item needs to be treated with care and safety in mind at all times I'd say.
Other than this, buy it and don't look back!
